Lunapic

Lunapic is a web-based photo editor. Lunapic offers an easy, accessible and simple image editor with over 100 paint effects and animations. Supported formats include GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG, AVI, MPG, MOV, FLV, RM. You can upload files from your computer, by URL, from your Facebook, MySpace, LunaPic, Flickr, Picasa, Photobucket accounts. The Firefox add-on will let you add right click link to open the image in the editor.
