Psykopaint

Psykopaint lets you turn any photo into an amazing artwork, all in a fun and easy way. Unlike most other photo editors based on filters, it works by sampling colors of the original photo to create a new image. Just upload a photo and start painting on top of it. It requires no special skills for its usage. Still though, to make great things there is a lot to learn.
