Ninite

Ninite is a web service that lets users automatically install popular applications for their Windows operating system. The list of applications includes dozens of popular titles in the following categories: web browsers, utilities, messaging, developer tools, media, runtimes, compression, imaging, documents, security, file sharing, online storage, other.

Just select the apps you want to install or update, click Get Installer, and Ninite will download a single custom installer.
